Cyclocross is coming

Once again I am getting jazzed up for a new aspect of cycling. Last fall I found myself watching some friends whip around a taped course racing cyclocross, and I can't express how excitement I felt, man it looked like fun. I spent most of the past year piecing together a bike so that I partake this year, and its jsut about ready. Wheels, wheels, wheels, wheels. That is what I am told this event is really about, plus a little relationship between your body and something they call attrition. I have had a date with this before but have not quite paid for the experience in the same way, as every night out with attrition presents itself in new experiences, however come November and the big GP race, I will be wearing my dancing shoes.
If you are thinking of getting dirty this fall, there are many good deals to be found at local shops for bikes as I have visited many in the area in recent weeks and everyone seems to be getting on board for Cyclocross.
